Notice of Annual General Meeting

TomCo Energy plc today announces that the annual general meeting of the members of the Company will be held at 12 noon (BST) on 5 August 2020, at the offices of Novum Securities Limited, 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, Belgravia, London, SW1W 0DH.

The formal notice and form of proxy have today been published to the Company's website at www.tomcoenergy.com/2020-annual-general-meeting. 

Whilst the UK Government's current social distancing rules and guidelines remain in place, no shareholders will be permitted to attend the meeting in person and any shareholder who attempts to attend the meeting in person will have to be refused entry.
