AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

 

1Spatial plc announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 17 June 2020, the Company announced that Andrew Fabian had been appointed to the Board as Interim Chief Financial Officer. In addition to the information in that announcement, Mr Fabian's former directorships included Performa Consultants UK Limited and current directorships included StatPro Italia Srl (the latter due to a paperwork delay).

On 20 September 2016, the Company announced that Andrew Roberts had been appointed to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Chairman. In addition to the information in that announcement, Mr Roberts' current directorships included Freeagent Holdings Limited.

Furthermore, Mr Roberts was a director of Simoco International Limited at the time of its dissolution. Simoco International Limited, owned by Cinven, the European private equity firm, was put into administration in 2002 and subsequently dissolved in 2006, following the sale of certain assets of the business. There were no deficiencies to creditors.
