Andrew Bell, the Chairman of the Company, has joined the board of Jupiter as a non-executive director with immediate effect, and the parties are in discussions on ways in which Red Rock can further assist Jupiter to develop its capabilities and exploit its opportunities in the iron ore sector in Western Australia. Red Rock owns the 205 sq km Mt Alfred tenement in the region, and has a 1.5% royalty interest in Jupiter's Mt Ida and Mt Hope tenements. Red Rock is the largest shareholder of record in Jupiter, and has disclosed a shareholding of 11,347,178 shares in Jupiter amounting to 8.01% of the outstanding share capital, and holds 3,500,000 options exercisable into Jupiter shares at 20c per Jupiter share at any time up to 20th May 2008.
