Completion of Buyback Programme

RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a leading provider of services to remote locations in Africa and the Middle East, confirms that further to the share buyback programme announced on 8 June 2020 (the "Buyback Programme"), the Company has purchased 743,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57.211 pence each.  The Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of the Company by its broker Cenkos Securities plc and will be held in treasury.  

The Buyback Programme was implemented to provide the Company with a pool of Ordinary Shares which can primarily be used to incentivise and retain key Directors, officers and staff, who are critical to enhancing the future market value of the Company. Having now reached the budgeted amount for the Buyback Programme, the Board has elected to conclude the Buyback Programme with immediate effect.

Following the conclusion of the Buyback Programme, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain at 173,575,741, comprising 3,868,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 169,707,741 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 169,707,741 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
