We have an ownership interest in the majority of the hotels in our portfolio, but also lease, manage and franchise hotels. Whatever the arrangement, all hotels in our portfolio benefit from being part of a dynamic, full-service international hospitality group led by a highly experienced Executive Leadership Team. Our shareholders benefit from our business model, developments and operating skills through progressive dividend payments. Measuring our success Our success is measured by key financial performance indicators alongside several operational indicators, including the contribution from our partnership with the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and revenue growth achieved through the expansion of our hotel portfolio.
