Admission to Trading of Enlarged Share Capital

i3 Energy plc is pleased to announce that, following the successful completion of its general meeting as announced yesterday, 4,399,215 fully paid ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company will be issued to the shareholders of Toscana Energy Income Corp (following the expected completion of the transaction today pursuant to the Arrangement Agreement relating to the Toscana Acquisition) and will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8am on 2nd November 2020 ("Admission").

Upon Admission, the Company will have in issue 700,054,815 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each. Shareholders may use this figure of ordinary shares as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

All capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as defined in the Company's admission document published on 13^th October 2020 unless the context provides otherwise.
