Growth Fund of America ("GFA") is a mutual fund registered in the United States under the Investment Company Act of 1940. GFA is the legal owner of 3,873,563 (4.9435% of outstanding shares). EUPAC has granted proxy voting authority to its investment adviser CRMC.
