Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), a leading developer and publisher of videogames based in Cambridge, UK, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2020 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders. The documents are available to download from the Company's website: AR.frontier.co.uk.

Frontier's Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.15am on Wednesday 21 October 2020 at The Trinity Centre, 24 Cambridge Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge, CB4 0FN. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of health and safety, the Board has decided to run the 2020 AGM as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend. Shareholders are asked to cast their votes by proxy and provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.
