In line with Fulcrum's previously announced Board succession plan, the Company announces that Stephen Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director has given notice that he will step down from the Board at the end of this calendar year. A process to recruit a new independent Non-Executive Director is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
