The announcements made reference to the purchase of 4,198 ordinary shares at 144.0 pence per share and 10,891 ordinary shares at 144.0 pence per share respectively. These announcements should have stated that 4,227 ordinary shares at 143.0 pence per share and 11,005 ordinary shares at 142.5 pence per share respectively were purchased. The Company has been informed that Lucy Sharman-Munday, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on 4 April 2019 purchased 4,227 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her personal pension at a price of 143.0 pence per share and on 13 March 2019 purchased 11,005 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her personal pension at a price of 142.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions Lucy Sharman-Munday has a beneficial interest of 39,982 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
