Notice of 2020 AGM
EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a world leading gasification technology solutions company for waste-to-energy projects, announces that the Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), associated Forms of Proxy and other relevant documents are today being sent to shareholders and will be available shortly on the Company's website.
The Company advises shareholders that, as a result of COVID-19 and in accordance with Government of Ireland's current advice to restrict public gatherings, physical attendance at the AGM will not be possible. In accordance with the Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) (COVID-19) Act 2020, the AGM will be held online at
Shareholders on this occasion are requested to cast their votes in respect of the business of the AGM by submitting proxy forms appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access to an online platform to attend the Virtual Meeting and further details on this and how to submit a proxy form are included with the Notice of AGM.
