Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of biomaterials and regenerative medicines for the enhancement and extension of human life, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 ("2019 Annual Report and Accounts") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. A copy of the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts will be available to download from the Company website from that date.

 

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 28 August 2019 at 3 Robroyston Oval, Nova Business Park, Glasgow G33 1AP.
