Results of General Meeting - placing to raise £2.5 million
The Company announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to place 71,428,571 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") in the share capital of the Company was passed.
Proxies were received by the Company from shareholders prior to the meeting as follows:
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market ("AIM") of London Stock Exchange, ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the Placing Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 7 November 2018.
This announcement is inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.
