Belvoir Group plc (AIM: BLV), the UK's largest property franchise, announces that Ian Maclean, a PDMR, has exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held under the terms of the Company's EMI share option scheme at a price of 116 pence per Ordinary Share and sold all of the resulting shares.

Application has been made for the 20,000 Ordinary Shares arising as a result of the above to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on 17 September 2020. Following this issue the Company's total issued share capital consists of 35,122,005 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 35,122,005. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
