Bidstack Group plc (AIM: BIDS.L), the native in-game advertising group, hereby announces that on
Application will be made for the admission of the 250,103 New Shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence on or around
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 387,623,749 ordinary shares. As such the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 387,623,749 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
