Board Change: CFO Appointment
Further to our previous announcement dated 23 October 2018 in relation to the appointment of Mathew Dunn as Chief Financial Officer, the Board of ASOS plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm that Mr Dunn will be appointed to the main Board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 23 April 2019.
