Annual Report and Accounts

APQ Global is a company incorporated in Guernsey (company registration number 62008) which is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on AIM. Further to the guidance provided by AIM Regulation in "Inside AIM" on 26 March 2020, the Company intends to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 by 31 July 2020. The Company also intends, unless unforeseen COVID-19 related circumstances interfere, to publish its Interim Accounts for the first half of 2020 around the same time.

AIM Regulation has granted the extension until 30 September 2020. In addition, the Company confirms there is no requirement to file accounts with the Guernsey Registry and, as such, an extension is not required.
