Following the announcement released by the Company yesterday with respect to the issue of ordinary shares to satisfy share options, in accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on Tuesday
The Company holds no shares in treasury.
The total number of shares attracting voting rights in the Company is therefore 1,258,107,775.
