Grant of Options

AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, announces that the Remuneration Committee proposed the grant on December 31, 2019 and the Board ratified on January 6, 2020 the grant of  options over 2,750,000 ordinary  shares of 0.1 pence each to Graeme Lewis, Company Secretary.

The options are exercisable at a price of 16 pence, the market price on December 31, 2019, and will vest

·      900,000 on December 31, 2020,

·      900,000 on December 31, 2021, and

·      950,000 on December 31, 2022.

The options will be exercisable between the vesting date and the tenth anniversary of the date of grant but are otherwise unconditional.
