ZoomAway provides a custom booking platform to each client that matches the styling of their own website. This platform handles complex reservation scenarios such as adding activities, complete with reservations, to an overnight stay. Our outsource solution snaps right into a clients operation as an extension of their sales or reservations team.

We are hired by both activity providers and hotels for a variety of reasons, but it is our technology mixed with the human element of our call center that makes us invaluable partners to an established sales team.

The client benefits by saving on production overhead, bypassing large online travel agencies, and maintaining direct access with the consumer. ZoomAway opens new sales channels like golf, ski, entertainment, and more to hotels; in turn activity providers have new avenues to keep customers on their sites.

The consumer, who is introduced to us through our clients marketing efforts, is able to save by booking a bundled reservation, all at once in just one stop.

Group Products

The latest ZoomAway software development is a product packaging piece for groups. In late 2015, Vail Resorts approached ZoomAway in search of a booking solution for their sales teams to market to ski group leaders nationwide.

They were looking for a way to allow group attendees to purchase lift tickets, lessons, food and beverage discounts, transportation and virtually any other activity on the mountain all at once, on one site. In addition the solution needed to be private and branded to the specific group. The project wrapped in 2016 and Vail was delivered a valuable sales piece to market to their group clients.

During development our goal was — ease of use. Easy for the sales team and easy for the group members. We had to make the sales team's life easier and decrease their work load while creating a piece that the group members would find intuitive, uncomplicated and convenient.

By providing a convenient, low maintenance way to automate group activities, ZoomAway delivers yet another level of service to any organized event client.

Golf Bookings

There are few industries so easily paired as hospitality and golf. Additionally, there are few markets that travel and spend like golfers. ZoomAway's golf travel software delivers diverse solutions to both simultaneously.

We accomplish this through the use of our proprietary booking system which allows us to reserve tee times at virtually any golf course worldwide and pair those with an overnight stay.

The benefit doesn't end there — The ZoomAway golf booking software allows us to serve golf courses directly through online tee time reservations and call center solutions.

As industry leaders in packaging overnight stays with tee times, ZoomAway solves the complex issues that make a golf getaway a difficult thing to book online.

Ticketing Technology

ZoomAway has ticketing solutions for events, concerts, transportation, activities and more.

Our two transportation systems vary in size and scope. The first is very robust, and is capable of running virtually any transportation system from buses to planes. This software manages transportation routes, manifests, and passenger ticketing while providing online customer service.

The second ZoomAway transportation system is much smaller and was developed for one of the world's largest concentration of ski resorts to administer their seasonal shuttle services. In addition to purchasing a seat on a ski shuttle customers may also obtain lift tickets which are delivered via email or mobile device.
