THE CHIMU GOLD PLANT
Ozinca Peru SAC (a 100% owned subsidiary of Oakdale Resources) has acquired the Chimu Gold plant in Southern Peru.
The Chimu Gold plant is a gold lixiviation plant that is strategically located to purchase high grade gold ore from a significant number of existing small gold miners in the Ayacucho and Chala region of Southern Peru.
ALPINE GOLD PROJECTS
Oakdale Resources Limited (ASX: OAR) has signed a Binding Option Term Sheet with Alpine Resources (USA) Pty Ltd (“Alpine”) for the acquisition (through its US subsidiary Alpine Metals LLC) of its Alpine Project incorporating the Tonopah North, Douglas Canyon and Lambarson Canyon Projects in Nevada, USA (“the Projects”). The Projects are targeting Carlin and epithermal type million plus ounce deposits in Northern and Southern Nevada, USA.
Oakdale Project Graphite Distribution
The Company’s tenements, on the Eyre Peninsula of South Australia, has the potential to contain extensive graphitic units. The first potential project drilled at Oakdale, has graphite rich saprolitic clay units that have been delineated and are 500 metres wide, extend for over 1.5 kilometres and are approximately 20 metres thick.
The recent drill program at Oakdale Project commenced in March 2015 and was completed in September 2015 with the completion of 288 aircore drill holes for 16,643.5 metres. A further 42 holes for 2480.5 metres have been drilled at Oakdale East where the graphite units are open to the east and the west.
The extensive drilling program at Oakdale and to a lesser extent at Oakdale East outlined a substantial JORC compatible resource of 6.32 Mt of 4.7% TGC. Additional Mineral Resource potential occurs at Oakdale East and Oakdale North.

Mr Gale has extensive experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, especially in commercial and financial roles.
He has also held various board and executive roles at a number of technology and mining companies during his career. He was the founder and is currently Executive Director of Latin Resources and has been operating in South America for over 10 years.
Chris is also the past Chairman of the Council on Australian Latin American Relations (COALAR) established by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
He is also a founding director of Allegra Capital, a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Perth and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Peru - Operations Manager
Andrew Knowles B.Sc. (Melb) MBA (UWA) Mr. Knowles is an experienced business & corporate executive, having worked in the Mining & Construction industries for over forty years, for both private and multi-national companies.
He is a graduate of the Science faculty at Melbourne University and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, with specialties in Strategic Management, Administrative Policy and Corporate Finance.
He has worked as a Management Consultant for the PA Consulting Group, as well as being Founder and Managing Director of one of Perth’s largest mid-tier construction companies, with an annual turnover of $60 million. He built the Company over 21 years, before selling down his equity in July of 2009.
Mr. Knowles also has Mining qualifications from the Box Hill Technical College ( Melbourne ) and is a past Director of Royal Harry Goldmines NL, a public Company focusing on exploration and mining projects in Western Australia. Mr. Knowles has been working in the Gold Industry in Peru for over 8 years and has been involved in the construction and refurbishment of two previous gold processing facilities in Southern Peru.
Mr. Knowles has also worked on the substantial portfolio of applications, certificates and licences that are all required for Gold Ore Beneficiation, and for the ultimate export of gold bullion for auction in overseas markets. He is a highly skilled, hands-on Executive, and is pivotal to the strategic plans and success of Ozinca Peru SAC.
Non- Executive Director
Mr. Vilensky is a practising corporate lawyer and an experienced listed Company Director. He is the Managing Director of Perth law firm Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky and has more than 35 years' experience in the areas of corporate and business law and in commercial and corporate management.
Mr Vilensky practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, merges and acquisitions, mining and resources and complex dispute resolution. Mr Vilensky acts for a number of listed and public companies and advises on directors' duties, due diligence, capital raisings, compliance with ASX Listing rules, corporate governance and corporate transactions generally.
Mr Vilensky is also the Chairman of ASX listed resources company Latin Resources Limited (ASX: LRS) and is a Non–Executive Director of ASX listed telecommunications and technology company Vonex Ltd (ASX: VN8).
Non- Executive Director
John is an Australian Geologist with over 50 years experience in exploration and development of mineral deposits, both in Australia and overseas.
He is a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, and a Foundation Fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Competent Person for the classification of JORC compliant projects.
Mr. Lynch has successfully developed a number of mining projects through to production. He has a proven track record as a “commercial” geologist and has previously been Executive General Manager, Director and Managing Director of numerous Public Companies, including Oakdale Resources, WedaBay Minerals, WerrieGold, and Pan Australian Mining.
He was also Exploration Manager for Marathon Petroleum Australia, Metals Exploration and North Broken Hill.
