Alkane has a long history of exploration, primarily in the central western region of New South Wales, where we commenced gold exploration in the late 1970s. We have interests in a number of gold and copper projects and prospects in the region. These include the Peak Hill deposit and the Tomingley Gold Project, both south-west of Dubbo, where an extensive gold exploration program is underway. A key objective is sourcing additional ore for our gold processing facility at Tomingley.
