The tie-up will see the two work together to produce, market and sell jointly-developed transparent conductive ink products using graphene for industrial applications in Asia.

The two companies – which have been working together for a few years now – will look to enhance the properties of Haydale’s graphene-based, transparent conductive ink by using Talga’s highly conductive graphitic materials.

GFinity teams up with Fnatic for next Elite Series season Neville Upton, chief executive of Gfinity Plc (LON:GFIN), chats to Proactive following the news they've made their first major signing for the Elite Series season three in March - landing the world-renowned franchise, Fnatic.

Founded in 2004, its professional players have amassed prize money of US$8mln playing games such as FIFA, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends and Dota 2.

Earlier this year, it signed an exclusive partnership with Italian football giant AS Roma.

Kromek CEO confident of EBITDA break-even this financial year Arnab Basu, the chief executive officer of Kromek Group PLC (LON:KMK), tells Proactive they've seen a solid increase in revenue in the six months to the end of October.

Revenue rose 27% to £4.8mln from £3.8mln the year before, leading to a significant narrowing of underlying losses (LBITDA) to £0.3mln from a loss the year before of £0.6mln.

The company is targeting break-even at the EBITDA level and remains on course to achieve this.

Haydale Graphene 'on track' with an increased focus on commercialisation Ray Gibbs, chief executive of Haydale Graphene Industries PLC (LON:HAYD), dropped into the Proactive Investors studio for a catch up following the announcement that they've filed a new patent application in the UK for their anti-counterfeiting technology.

The tech uses proprietary software codes and a specialty graphene-based, transparent conductive ink.

Gibbs says the filing of the application is important as it allows them to begin discussions on potential commercial applications of the technology.

Learning Technologies resetting targets after achieving £50mln growth ambitions Jonathan Satchell, chief executive of Learning Technologies Group PLC (LON:LTG), discusses with Proactive Investors the firm's expectation-beating interim results.

Underlying profit (EBITDA) from the company, which is at the forefront of the ed-tech revolution, was £4.1mln, up 41% on the year earlier.

The group said in its half-year results for the first six months of 2017 that it has already booked 93% of expected full-year revenue.

Revenue in the first half of the year eased to £13.18mln from £14.76mln the year before, but a decline in revenue is often seen in companies that switch from a one-off, up-front licence renewal model to a pay-as-you-go recurring revenue model.

IQE set to break through £1 zone before end of August Technical analyst Zak Mir reckons the share price of semiconductor firm IQE plc (LON:IQE) is set to continue its strong run and break through the £1 level within the next two months.

“The stock has been rallying since last summer when the shares were closer to 20p and they’re now approaching 90p,” explains Mir in the latest Proactive Investors Bulletin Board.

“We’ve got a rising trend channel here from the beginning of March and while we remain above the 80p zone, one would expect a target over the next one to two months as high as 110p.”

Starcom to burst through 4p mark if it can do this one thing Technical analyst Zak Mir is tipping Starcom Plc (LON:STAR) shares to cruise past the 4p level if they can break through the 200-day moving average at 2.64p.

“The shares have been bumping along the bottom towards 1.5p over recent weeks but have pushed through the 50-day moving average at 1.92p so far today,” explains Mir in the latest Proactive Investors Bulletin Board.

“A break of the 200-day average at 2.64p could take shares back towards the 4p-plus area which is the one year resistance.”
