The Kuala Lumpur headquarter company is also planning to invest further in improving private seller experience on desktop and mobile across its markets in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.

An improving consumer market, along with innovative products and focused marketing is expected to provide a platform for solid year-on-year growth for the rest of the year.

In June, Hamish Stone was appointed as group CEO of iCar Asia Ltd. He was former head of marketing for eBay Australia and New Zealand.

No rush to buy Torotrak shares, says Zak Mir Torotrak plc (LON:TRK) has been in the doldrums for a long time and Zak Mir, chartmeister, tells Proactive Investors that the firm’s “infinitely variable transmission system” seems hard for investors to understand.

With the stock having been in a downtrend for years,  Mir thinks that if the 4p level is broken an initial target would be 6p, although there should be no rush to buy the shares.

He adds that with a long running bear trend, the first break does not tend to be definitive one, so it is very, very early days as far as any recovery is concerned.

Proton Power's Melczer sees huge hydrogen fuel cell potential Thomas Melczer, director of business development & investor relations at Proton Power Systems (LON:PPS), discusses the growth potential for the hydrogen fuel cell market.

Proton Power’s fuel cell technology creates electricity from hydrogen which doesn’t emit carbon dioxide – making it a clean, renewable energy source.

Hydrogen as a substance is easily stored which is why the Proton Power believes the gas is the ideal energy source for the future.

The German-based firm currently sells its technology to bus and fork lift companies around Europe and has big plans to grow its reach into China.
