Al Gourley & Mark Bolton, joint CEOs at Fluormin plc ( LON:FLOR ), tell Proactive Investors that the transformation that the company has undergone is only the start. They say that in the next 12-months they want to grow the company through acquisitions as well as "substantial organic opportunities". (Please note that the Witkop Mine is beneficially owned 26% by the Company’s African partner, African Renaissance – Mr. Gourley refers to a 100% ownership, which will be diluted following satisfaction of certain conditions precedent to an empowerment agreement.)
