Cambridge Sensor Innovations a good fit for Frontier IP

Cambridge Sensor Innovations' Dr Mark Williamson and Frontier IP Group Plc (LON:FIPP) Chief Executive Neil Crabb tell Proactive Investors about how new heating sensor technology can transform the food industry "and beyond".

"I have been working with industrial ovens and kilns for about 25 years - industries that have really kept themselves in the dark ages.  We are looking at applying new sensor technologies to bring them up to date" says Dr. Williamson.

Williamson says he has the know-how, but Frontier IP can take the business to the next level. "They are broadening the reach of the customer base, because this technology is just as applicable to the paper industry, to ceramic manufacturing, where I don't have the contacts" he says.

Crabb says it is a big market with a good fit with some of the work IP Frontier is doing elsewhere.
"There are 80,000  of these ovens just in Europe alone. And they are very very big systems. When we started talking about the potential that there was a strong response, with utilities clients and oven manufacturers themselves" he says.

To date, the company has been self funded. "We have each borne our own costs to get it to this stage,  but we will be working with Mark to go out and raise at least £500,000 to help accelerate that progress in the next six to twelve months" Crabb says.
