StatPro Group PLC (LON:SOG) chief executive Justin Wheatley tells Proactive that its cloud solutions platform is really giving the group a competitive edge.
The group saw underlying revenue from its StatPro Revolution platform surge by almost 64%.
“We are very pleased, but this is the product of a lot of hard work,” says Wheatley.
“We are the only company to have positioned ourselves as a cloud-based portfolio management solution and that gives us a huge advantage.”
“There have been doubters, but the fact that now 38% of our revenues are derived from cloud-based solutions and growing very rapidly shows that within the next few years we’ll be entirely a cloud-based solution,” he says.
The most important thing the group can offer is the scalability, speed and data control of its platform which brings huge productivity gains to its clients.
“Everybody else is using older tech that simply can’t compete with cloud technology solutions. It gives us a dramatic advantage.”
Wheatley says the September launch of the StatPro Revolution Performance Platform - the final module in terms of transition to the cloud - is going to be a “watershed moment” for the group.
