Sunrise Resources chairman excited after ‘bonanza’ silver grades

The executive chairman of Sunrise Resources (LON:SRES), Patrick Cheetham, says he is very excited about the high grades of silver found in underground samples at the firm’s Bay State project in Nevada.

Speaking to Proactive, Cheetham explains how a specialist team was assembled at the site to get access to the Chihuahua vein in an area previously inaccessible due to a rock-fall.


“To get these bonanza grades another 250 metres into the hillside is really positive,” said Cheetham. “Although it’s early days, these are some of the best results we could have expected. We will now focus our drilling activities on the Chihuahua vein.”
