Pan Asia Corporation Limited is building a balanced portfolio of assets that provides:

- Immediate cashflow via the financing of expansion of existing production
- A flagship JORC project in pre-development stage that facilitates a Generation 1 Re-rating
- A flagship exploration project with a large tonnage target that facilitates a Generation 2 Re-rating
- A significant pipeline of other project opportunities that cover all the above categories

 
The Company has fully financed the expansion of production project and concluded an offtake for 4.8 million tonnes of coal with Noble Resources Pte Limited.
 
The Company has also funded the drilling of an initial JORC resource on the flagship pre-development project and further drilling is under way on this project.

Directors

Domenic Martino (Director)

Domenic is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a former Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia. He specializes in the corporate finance area, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and strategic opportunities.

Domenic has assisted many high profile companies in a diversified number of industries and is currently Chairman of Synergy Plus Limited (ASX: SNR) (formerly Computercorp Limited), a national ICT infrastructure solutions company; a Director of AIM listed Gladstone Pacific Nickel Ltd; Chairman of ORH Limited (ASX: ORH) a mining services company; Chairman of Australasian Resources Limited (ASX: ARH) currently developing a billion tonne iron ore resource in the Pilbara; and a Director of Clean Global Energy Ltd (ASX: CGV), an underground coal gasification company.

Domenic was a founding Director and former Chairman of coal bed methane companies Blue Energy Limited (formerly Energy Investments Limited) and Sydney Gas Limited which was acquired by AGL Energy Limited, one of Australia’s major integrated companies with a market capitalisation of approximately $6 billion.
   

Honardy Boentario (Director)

Honardy has worked extensively as a senior executive in the Indonesian coal mining industry, and most recently as President Director of PT ECI (Energy Cahaya Industritama) and PT NDV (Nadvara).

Honardy held a senior role with PT MHU (Multi Harapan Utama) a joint venture company with major Australian coal company New Hope.

Honardy's very extensive experience in the Indonesian coal industry provides a pipeline of growth opportunities for Pan Asia.

   
Michael Pixley (Non-Executive Director)

Michael has worked as a merchant banker specialising in strategic corporate development, joint ventures and acquisitions.  He has 20 years' experience in the Asian business sector, and has extensive networks and relationships that provide the Group with access to key personnel in the government, corporate and private business sectors particularly in Asia Pacific region.

Michael has been a Director of both listed and unlisted companies in Australia and the United States, being responsible for corporate compliance, banking negotiations and legal interface. In addition, in 1992 Mr Pixley joined a prominent Asian group with both listed and private companies having extensive business interested throughout Asia, United States of America and Australia. He was part of a management team which, over a period of 10 years, oversaw the development of industrial properties throughout China, developments in Australia and the expansion of industrial manufacturing plants in Asia.
   

Luke Martino (Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary)

Luke has significant experience in the mining and resources industry, particularly in the Republic of Indonesia. Luke is a Non-Executive Director of NuEnergy Capital Limited, an ASX-listed company developing coal bed methane projects in Indonesia, the Company Secretary of Victory West Moly Limited, an ASX-listed company developing molybdenum projects in Indonesia, and a former Director of South Pacific Resources Corporation, a Canadian publicly listed company which operated mining projects in Indonesia.

Luke is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, having worked for over 20 years with major accounting firms, where he held senior leadership positions including Lead Partner of Deloitte’s Growth Solutions practice in Perth and membership of the Board of Deloitte Australia.

Alan G Hopkins (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr Hopkins brings over 20 years' experience serving as CEO in resource companies with international operations. This includes extensive experience with startups and turnaround situations managing through phases of exceptional growth.

His previous positions include serving as a founding Australian Executive of international mining engineering group Edward L Bateman Pty Ltd, CEO of Carnegie Corporation Ltd, CEO of Moonstone Diamond Corporation Ltd as well as CFO of Grants Patch Mining Ltd.
   

Bill Hewitt (In Country Manager)

Bill has over 24 years experience in senior technical and management roles for resource companies with international operations. This included establishment of operations, overseeing exploration, project management of feasibility studies for mining projects and during the development and construction phase.

Bill's former positions include serving as General Manager Exploration Asia for MIM, Manager Technical Services for Ashton Mining and Project Manager for BHP Minerals.

Bill has extensive experience in Indonesia including as Project Director for Intrepid Mines and President Director for Ashton Mines (Indonesia).

   
Jason Campbell (Commercial Manager/Company Secretary)

Jason has over 10 years experience in the finance and investment industry.

Jason previously worked with Argonaut Limited, a Perth based corporate advisory and stockbroking business where he held the position of Senior Manager Risk Management & Compliance. He also held the position of Company Secretary for the Argonaut entities and provided services to the AFM Perseus Fund, a specialist micro cap natural resources fund.

He has a Bachelor of Business Double Major in Finance and Economics and a Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance with Chartered Secretaries Australia.
