DIRECTORS

Mr Alasdair Cooke BSc (Hons) MAIG | Chairman

Mr Cooke is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the resource exploration industry throughout Australia and internationally. Mr Cooke has been involved throughout his career in mineral exploration and corporate development, including eight years spent with BHP Minerals Business Development Group and over ten years managing public resource companies. Mr Cooke is a founding partner of the Mitchell River Group, which over the past eight years has established a number of successful resources companies, including Panoramic Resources Limited (operating the Sally Malay and Lanfranchie nickel projects in Australia), Albidon Limited (operating the Munali nickel project in Zambia), Mirabela Nickel Limited (operating the Santa Rita nickel project in Brazil), Exco Resources Limited (developing copper and gold resources in Australia) and African Energy Resources Limited (developing coal projects in Africa). Mr Cooke is currently Chairman of African Energy Resources, an executive director of Exco Resources and a previous Managing Director of Albidon.

Mr Lachlan Reynolds BSc (Hons), MAusIMM MAIG | Managing Director

Mr Reynolds is a geologist with over 20 years experience in mineral exploration, development projects and mining operations. Commencing his career with WMC Resources, Mr Reynolds has previously worked on projects in Australia, The Philippines and New Zealand. Mr Reynolds has extensive experience in uranium, having supervised near-mine exploration at the giant Olympic Dam copper-uranium-gold-silver mine in South Australia and, more recently, has been directly involved with management of uranium projects in Sweden, Zambia and Botswana. Mr Reynolds was employed by the Company as General Manager - Exploration in 2008 and was subsequently appointed to the Board of Energy Ventures in December 2010.

Mr Michael Curnow | Non-executive Director

Mr Curnow brings extensive and valuable experience in the resources sector to the Company with his past positions including gold, platinum and mineral sands exploration. He has been involved in the ownership and management of a range of businesses in his native South Africa and Australia, including being the founding director of Gallery Gold Limited and AGR Limited, along with being a director of a number of other public mining companies, three of which are now producing. Mr Curnow has been a non-executive director of Energy Ventures since 2006 and is also a non-executive director of African Energy Resources Limited.

Mr Gregory (Bill) Fry | Executive Director

Mr Fry has more than 20 years corporate experience in the mining and resources industry, specialising in accounting, management, business development and general corporate activities. He has vast experience in project evaluation and development, project funding, management, finance and operations. Over the past 14 years, Mr Fry has been a director of several private and public companies with activities ranging from funds management, minerals exploration, mining and quarrying, land development and waste management. Mr Fry was appointed to the Board of Energy Ventures in August 2009 and is responsible for the Company's commercial and financial business activities. He is currently a director of African Energy Resources Limited, Oval Biofuels Limited and is previously a director of Agricola Resources plc.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Mr John Hasleby BAppSc, MAusIMM | Vice President - US Operations

Mr Hasleby is a geologist with over 29 years experience in the exploration and mining industries. He has an operational and managerial background in exploration, development and mining with Australian and international companies, in the successful search for oil & gas, uranium, platinoids, base metals and rare earths in Australia and overseas. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr John Schloderer | Vice President - Exploration

Mr Schloderer is a geologist with over 35 years of mineral exploration experience and mineral property evaluations, including 25 years with BHP Billiton Ltd. He has held a succession of senior roles, which have involved projects from conception, to grass roots exploration and through to feasibility studies. He has a wide range of geographic and commodity experience and extensive experience in developing countries. Most recently he held the position of Manager Geology for Gold Fields Ltd, supervising their delineation drilling programme at the Far Southeast copper deposit in the northern Philippines.

Mr Daniel Davis B.Com CPA | Company Secretary

Mr Davis is a member of CPA Australia who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance. Mr Davis has worked in the resources sector for the last six years specialising in African based explorers. Prior to joining Energy Ventures in 2007 as Financial Accountant he worked with Albidon Limited in a similar role. Mr Davis was appointed to the role of Company Secretary during 2009.
