Strategic Materials Pty Ltd
Strategic Materials a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is seeking to discover rare earths and rare metals. It holds 100% of 5 granted tenements (one considered non-material) in the South Island of New Zealand, Queensland and New South Wales and an application for a tenement in Western Australia.
These Projects are prospective for rare earth mineralisation and some are the subject of historical geochemical results for rare earths and rare metals and heavy rare earth anomalies in rock chips, pan concentrate and stream sediments. Historic exploration work carried out by other companies in the prospect areas ranges from conceptual with no exploration carried out, to regional and reconnaissance exploration which has revealed the presence of metals of interest in rocks and stream sediments, to shallow-level exploration drilling.
Strategic Materials has engaged a team of experienced technical advisors to manage and undertake its exploration programs.
