Curis Resources Ltd. is a publicly listed mineral development company, based in Vancouver, Canada. The Company’s principal asset is the Florence Copper Project, a feasibility stage in-situ copper recovery (ISCR) project in central Arizona. The site hosts a 429 million ton Measured and Indicated oxide resource grading 0.331% copper at a 0.05%TCu cut-off and containing 2.84 billion pounds of copper. Initial copper production is forecast for mid-2012, and the project is expected to produce 76-84 million pounds of copper annually when in full operation. Based results of a 2010 Preliminary assessment (November 25, 2010 release), the Florence Copper Project will be one of the World’s lowest cost producers of copper with direct operating costs estimated at US$0.68/lb of copper cathode recovered.

Russell Hallbauer (Chairman, Director)
Russell Hallbauer, a Registered Professional Engineer, is CEO of Taseko Mines Limited and a Director of Hunter Dickinson Inc. Mr. Hallbauer has worked in the mining industry for the past 30 years, holding positions that include General Manager of Base Metal Joint Ventures and General Manager of Coal Operations for Teck Cominco Ltd. He is also a Director and former Chairman of the Mining Association of BC and served as President of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for 2005-2006.
Michael R. J. McPhie (President & CEO, Director)
Michael McPhie is a senior mining executive with more than 20 years of international operational and project development experience. He has served as an officer and director of a number of public and private companies and was the former President and CEO of the Mining Association of British Columbia and a Senior Policy Director with Natural Resources Canada.
Mr. McPhie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Science degree from Royal Roads University and is a registered Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) certified by the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice.
Mr. McPhie serves on several private and public company board of directors and is currently Chair of the Board of Governors of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Chair of the Board of the Association for Mineral Exploration of BC, a member of the Arizona Mining Association and Director of the Britannia Beach Historical Society.
Brian Causey (CFO)
Brian Causey is a Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of British Columbia. He has more than 20 years experience in financial and operations management, with particular emphasis on equipment and project finance, taxation, specialized finance structures and operational management in private and public companies. He has held Senior Management positions with Peat Marwick Thorne (now KPMG LLP) and Hunter Dickinson.
Dan Johnson (Vice President, Environment and Technical Services)
Dan Johnson is a native Arizonan with a career spanning over 23 years of environmental management, hydrological engineering and project management experience in the state's mining industry. Mr. Johnson will lead the Company's environmental, permitting and technical efforts at Florence Copper with the support of the project team based in Florence, Arizona. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and is a registered Geologist, Hydrologist, and Professional Engineer. He is also certified in Wastewater and Water Distribution, MSHA/OSHA/Hazardous Waste Operations, Environmental Compliance and Management Systems, and Groundwater/Geochemical Modeling. Mr. Johnson was most recently employed with QuadraFNX, where he served as Technical Services and Environmental Manager/Director for projects in North America and Chile. He has also worked at senior levels for Phelps Dodge, Freeport-McMoran, Rio Tinto and Montgomery Watson.
Xenia Kritsos (Secretary)
Xenia Kritsos is an internationally qualified business lawyer with more than 10 years experience providing advice in the mining, infrastructure, technology and other sectors. Areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, competition law and foreign investment review. Ms. Kritsos is Legal Counsel for Hunter Dickinson Inc.
