 * Mr. Kieley has over 35 years of global exploration experience with a wide range of commodities, and has acted as a team leader and project manager, consultant, and technical advisor to industry and to government organizations.

 * As Chief Geophysicist for Barrick Gold Corp, he led the development of new exploration techniques and strategies that were applied globally.
