China Wind Systems’s manufacturing facility features a 4500-ton press and a ring-rolling mill to manufacture rolled rings measuring up to 6.3 meters in diameter and a cross section up to 700mm, as well as shafts for use in wind turbine units, measuring 1MW-3MW.

Quality Control

China Wind Systems has the license to manufacture specialty equipment and is certified in GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000, certificates to manufacture pressure vessels, dyeing and finishing machines, as well as cranes.

Mr. Jianhua Wu, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Mr. Wu founded Huayang Dye Machine Co., Ltd., in 1995 and has served as CEO and Chairman of the company since November 2007. Mr. Wu has a certificate in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years of relevant work experience.

 Ms. Teresa Zhang, Chief Financial Officer

Teresa serves as a CFO to China Wind Systems, Inc since January 2010. She possesses extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis and reporting for both public and private companies in China and Australia. Previously, she was an auditing manager at GC Alliance HK CPA, an international accounting, taxation and advisory services firm in Beijing. Prior to that, she served as a liaison officer for the Australian-Chinese Friendship Business Association; she was also an auditor at Ernst & Young in Beijing, China. Ms. Zhang is a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia. She earned her bachelor's degree in international accounting from Renmin University in China and her master's degree in accounting from Macquarie University in Australia. Ms. Zhang is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
 
Mr. Adam Wasserman, CPA, Vice President of Financial Reporting

Mr. Wasserman serves as the Vice President of Financial Reporting for CWS.  Mr. Wasserman is also the CEO of CFO Oncall, an accounting consulting firm. Mr. Wasserman holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree from the State University of New York, Albany , and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York .
 
Mr. Ryan Hua, Vice President, Operations

Mr. Hua is in charge of all the operational activities in the company since 2003. Prior to joining China Wind, Mr. Hua was the general manager at Wuxi Zhong Qiang Heavy Machinery, Inc and subsequently became a partner of the Company. Hua holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
 
Mr. Cheng Han Wu, Chief Engineer

Mr. Cheng joined China Wind Systems as the Chief Engineer in April 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cheng had over 30 years’ experiences as a forging engineer in China State Shipbuilding Corporation. He holds a certificate of Senior Engineer and received his Bachelor degree of Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.

Mr. Boxiong Shen, Senior Sales Manager

Mr. Shen, senior sales manager of the company, has in-depth experience in manufacturing large-size mechanical bearings and es. Mr. Shen has 28 years of experience with progressive responsibilities at Nanjing Machine Tools Corp., including technician technology innovation manager, director of external economic affairs, and general manager of import and export. He holds a certificate of Sr. Mechanical Engineer, B.S. Beijing University of Mechanical Technology, and has a bachelor's degree from Beijing
