Rock Tech Resources Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK and Frankfurt: RJIA) is a Canadian based exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of high-quality lithium properties. The Company's strategy is to acquire and develop lithium properties that are at various stages of development -- from early-stage to advanced-stage lithium exploration properties that have been the subject of prior work programs and/or contain historic resources. The Company believes in adding shareholder value by way of developing historical resource estimates into NI43-101 compliant resources.

Rock Tech's geographic focus is hard rock lithium assets in Canada, namely lithium and rare metals properties in northwest Ontario and northern Quebec.

The Company holds a 100% interest in the Georgia Lake lithium properties, an advanced stage exploration project with a historical resource estimate of 9 million tons with grades of 1.14%1 lithium oxide (Li2O) based on over 33,000 meters of historical drilling. The Georgia Lake lithium properties consists of 8 claim blocks covering over 4,600 hectares. Results from a drill program conducted in December 2009 indicated grades of 1.62% Li2O over 10.5 metres and 1.54% Li2O over 8.9 metres, along with anomalous showings of rare metals such as niobium, tantalum, cesium and rubidium. Earlier ground exploration work conducted by the Company resulted in showings of an average grade of 1.73% Li2O, 1,326 parts per million (PPM) beryllium, 514 PPM rubidium, and 183 PPM cesium.

Rock Tech holds 100% interest in an early stage lithium project in the Kapiwak Pegmatite region of the James Bay area of Quebec covering nearly 16,000 hectares. The Company has completed preliminary ground exploration work consisting of surface sampling which showed average Li2O grades of 1.47% and grades of interest for rare metals such as niobium, beryllium and tantalum.

In addition to these assets, the Company also holds 100% interest in a titanium oxide and iron oxide property near Saint-Urbain, Quebec covering more than 14,500 hectares; and 100% interest in a nickel--copper-platinum group elements-uranium property in the Sibley Basin of northern Ontario covering 33,827 hectares.

The Company's long term vision is to develop its portfolio of mineral exploration projects into economic and sustainable mine operations.

Rock Tech’s 100% owned Georgia Lake Lithium Project consists of 64 mining claims and 61 mining leases over three claim blocks, encompassing 10,432 hectares in the Thunder Bay Mining District of northwest Ontario.  The Company’s land position was acquired in two stages:

*    Stage 1: Acquisition of 23 mining claims and 61 mining leases covering 4,665 hectares over eight claim blocks in December 2009 (referred to as the “Original Claim Blocks”);
*    Stage 2: Acquisition of 41 claims covering 6,816 hectares from claims staked by the Company that were granted in April 2010, allowing the Company to consolidate the original eight claim blocks into three contiguous areas.

The Original Claim Blocks were the subject of 33,000 metres of drilling in the 1950s, resulting in a historical resource of 9 million tons at 1.14% lithium oxide (note: historical resource is not NI43-101 compliant).  The Company carried out field and drill programs in 2009, with the highlights of these programs being as follows:

*    Field Program 1: average grade of 2.12% lithium oxide, with grades as high as 3.34% for lithium oxide, 462 grams per ton for beryllium, 0.25% for manganese, 283 grams/ton for cesium, 52 grams/ton for gallium; 210 grams/ton for niobium, 0.12% for rubidium; and 190 grams/ton for tantalum.
*    Field Program 2: average grade of 1.73% lithium oxide, with grades as high as 7.22% for lithium oxide, 35,400 grams/ton (3.54%) for beryllium, 3,870 grams/ton for cesium and 1,490 grams/ton for rubidium.
*    Drill Program: 1.62% lithium oxide over 10.5 metres and 1.54% lithium oxide over 8.9 metres; and grades as high as 6,900 grams/ton for cesium, 3,956 grams/ton for rubidium, 129.6 grams/ton for beryllium, and 111.2 grams/ton for niobium.

Lithium in spodumene bearing pegmatites of Georgia Lake area was discovered in 1955 after which this area was subjected to a staking rush and significant exploration work by various operators until 1958. Rock Tech's 100% owned Georgia Lake claim group is comprised of eight claim blocks, made up of 23 mining claims covering 3,616 hectares in 226 units, and 61 mining leases covering 1,049.78 hectares area. The property is located about 145 kilometers northeast of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The principal means of access to the area are the Thunder Bay / Longlac branch line of Canadian National Railways, and Ontario Provincial Highway No. 11. There are gravel and tertiary bush road that provide access to all of the claim groups. These patented and un-patented claims are located in eight different properties.

Geologically the area is underlain by metasediments and metavolcanics of Archean age which are trending east-west to east-northeast, steeply dipping beds along the south flank of a regional syncline. These metasediments were invaded by large masses of Algoman granitic rocks and by numerous sills and dykes of genetically related porphyry, pegmatite, and aplite. These Archean metasediments are overlain by a thin cover of Sibley sediments which were subsequently intruded by diabase dykes and sills of Proterozoic age.

The Georgia Lake pegmatites contain lithium and rare earths bearing mineral spodumene at many places in the area. Other than spodumene, beryl, columbite, molybdnite, amblygonite, apatite, and bityite were also identified during historical work which enhances the lithium and rare earths potential of the area. A summary of the historical exploration work done by previous operators at eight properties located on Georgia Lake claim group is presented in the following sections and historical resource estimates* are provided in the proceeding table.

Aumacho River Property: five contiguous, unpatented mining claims of 46 claim units covering 736 hectares (1,840 acres). At least three lithium bearing pegmatites Brink (or No. 1), the No. 2, and the No. 5 are located on this property. Brink (or No. 1) pegmatite is exposed along the north shore of Blay Lake, strikes N20°W and dips 65° W, contains about 25% spodumene as coarse grained crystals up to a length of over one meter. No. 2 dyke strikes N40 - 45 E, and dips flatly northwest, was traced by diamond drilling for about 180 meters. No. 5 dyke was located in drill holes about 274 meters east of the surface exposure of the Brink deposit. A mill test by the Department of Mines and Technical Surveys (Ottawa, Ontario) indicated that heavy media separation would yield 6.27% lithium with a recovery of about 90%, with a second test indicating that floatation would yield a concentrate containing 5.93% lithium at 90% recovery as well.

Jean Lake Property: consists of a roughly a square block of 25 mining leases and 3 mining claims in 36 units covering a total area of 961 hectares. The mining leases cover five known spodumene-bearing zones referred to as Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The mining claims cover at least three zones referred to as the Camp, Trans, and Giles lithium occurrences. All eight pegmatite zones have been historically explored by stripping or rock trenching with five of the eight having been tested by diamond drilling.

Conway Property: consists of five contiguous, unpatented mining claims comprised of 50 claims units covering 800 hectares (2,000 acres). Six known lithium bearing pegmatite occurrences are located referred to as the No. 1, the Conway, the Norland, the No. 4, the Caral, and the Line 60. Historical exploration work on all these occurrences has been done which resulted in a resources estimate of 1.83 million tons of pegmatite at an average grade of 0.96% Li2O.

Foster Lew Property: consists of four mining claims in 32 units and four mining leases covering a total area of 586 hectares. Foster lithium bearing pegmatite dike strikes N80-85E and dips 80-85S, exposed for a distance of about 75 meters with about 9 meters width. Lew pegmatite dyke is located about 450 meters southwest of the Foster dyke, strikes northeast and dips steeply south. It was traced for a distance of about 30 metres having 2 to 3 metres width.

McVittie Property: consists of six contiguous mining leases covering 96 hectares (240 acres). The pegmatite dyke strikes N25W to N10W and dips 80E to vertical. During the years 1955-56, Noranda Mines Ltd. completed extensive exploration program consisting of prospecting, trenching, geological mapping and diamond drilling. A resource of 261,000 tons pegmatite at 1.03% Li2O was estimated based on 12 drill holes totaling 1,093 metres.

Newkirk - Vegan Property: consists of eight mining leases covering 128 hectares (320 acres). Between 1955 and 1966 various operators carried out about 4,575 meters of diamond drilling which resulted in estimated pegmatite resource of 750,000 tons averaging 1.38% Li2O. This resource is located in the southeast section of a northwest-southeast trending zone, along a length of about 410 meters, with a down dip extent of 137 metres to a vertical depth of approximately 80 metres.

The MNW Property: consists of 2 leased claims surrounded by 6 unpatented claims covering about 832 hectares land. Lithium bearing pegmatite dyke occurs in massive, medium-grained, pink granite and is localized along a fracture, which strikes north and dips 75-80W. It ranges up to 13.5 meters in thickness and has been traced in outcrops and trenches, intermittently, for a distance of about 425 meters. The main dyke was sampled by an operator and was found to average better than 1.5% Li2O, with a subsequent drill program of 14 holes at intervals of 15 to 60 meters, aggregating 761 meters was carried out.

Nama Creek Property: comprised of 36 mining leases covering 336 hectares. It contains several spodumene dikes contained in 6 pegmatite zones named as the North Zone, the South Zone, the Boundary, the Line 20, the Camp 37, and the Camp 38 Road. During 1955-57, the property was subjected to intense exploration work which resulted in a resource estimate of 4.29 million tons to a depth of about 305 meters at an average grade of 1.06% Li2O.

KAPIWAK LITHIUM PROJECT (JAMES BAY, QUEBEC)
James Bay, Quebec Property -- Lithium

The James Bay Lithium Property is comprised of 123 map designated claims covering an area of 6,433 hectares (15,898 acres).

An initial evaluation of the geological data indicates that the Property is a highly promising exploration area for spodumene bearing pegmatites, considered to be geological conditions favorable for finding lithium, tantalum and other rare earth elements. The claim map shows that the Property is located adjacent to the south of Lithium One Inc.'s (TSX-Venture: LI; "Lithium One") Cyr Property.

Geological map of the area indicates that the Property is underlain by pegmatite dykes which are intruding the host Eastmain River volcano sedimentary rocks, mainly biotite schists, metavolcanics and gneisses. The pegmatite outcrops are mainly exposed in the southern and eastern part of the Property. The geological reports of the area indicate that pegmatite dykes generally strike north-east to north-west with dips of 60° or steeper.

The Property is accessible by a paved road as the highway from the town of Matagami, Quebec cuts through the property close to the 380 kilometre marker. Other parts of the property are accessible through gravel roads and Hydro Quebec power lines. Relais 381 is a lodging camp operated by the Society for the Development of James Bay, located one kilometre from the northern edge of the property. Fuel, telephone and restaurant facilities are located in this camp.

SAINT-URBAIN VANADIUM/TITANIUM/IRON OXIDE PROJECT (QUEBEC)
Property Description

On July 31st, 2008, Rock Tech Resources (former Gravity West Mining) optioned to acquire a 100% interest in the Saint Urbain Titanium and Iron Project consisting of 33 claims covering approximately 1917.25 hectares in two separate claim blocks located near Saint Urbain in Quebec. In November 2008, the Company staked additional mineral claims bringing the total area of the property to 14,522.72 hectares in 250 claims.

The property is located near the town of Saint Urabin, approximately 100 km north of Quebec City and is accessed readily via provincial route 138 passing through its southeastern part. The nearest seaport is 11 km to the south on the St. Lawrence seaway which services ocean going vessels and nearby rail lines for both freight and passenger service. SIBLEY BASIN NI/CU/PGE/U PROJECT (NW ONTARIO)
81,760 acres property, 33 separate airborne conductors outlined on 35-kilometre long Garden Lake greenstone belt considered favourable for Ni, Cu, Platinum Group of Elements (PGE) mineralization.

2007-08 exploration program discovered copper, nickel and palladium mineralization in Drake Hill DDH VL07-03A. Further drilling at this location intersected significant mineralization in holes VL08-3A and VL08-13 with 0.3% to 6% copper and 0.03 to 0.33% nickel over a mineralized section ranging in thickness from 10.75 to 23.29 m. Afzaal Pirzada, P. Geo.
Position: Director and Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Pirzada has over 20 years of experience working in mineral exploration and mining in Canada and internationally. He holds a M.Sc. degree in Geology and is registered as a Professional Geologist in British Columbia , Northwest Territories and Nunavut . Before joining Gravity West, Mr. Pirzada was the Project Manager of Adriana Resources Inc.'s Bear Valley Uranium and MIE Copper-Nickel-PGE projects. His experience includes 20 years with Atomic Energy Minerals Centre Pakistan where he was responsible for uranium exploration in sandstone type deposits. During his professional career, he has carried out acquisition related review of over 100 mineral exploration and mining projects, co-authored two volumes on uranium resource potential, five research publications and more than 25 reports on mineral deposits and exploration. Mr. Pirzada is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for all aspects of Rock Tech's exploration work. He has been a Director of the Company since May 2008.

Position: Director

Mr. Anderson was appointed Director of Rock Tech Resources Inc. in June 2009. He brings a wealth of corporate development and financing experience to the Company and currently serves as Director of Cadan Resource Corp. and Sur Amercian Gold Corp.

Geoff Carter, P. Eng.
Position: Director and Non-Executive Chairman

Geoff Carter was appointed Director of Rock Tech Resources Inc. in December 2009. A principal of Broad Oak Associates who graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science (1968) degree in Mining Engineering from University of Wales, University College Cardiff, South Wales, United Kingdom in 1968, Mr. Carter is a member of the Professional Engineering Association of Manitoba, and a Professional Engineer in Ontario. He has practiced his profession for nearly 40 years.

Mr. Carter's experience includes a 15 year assignment as Mine Engineer with Anglo American Corporation from 1968-1983, General Mine Foreman at Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Limited, and Vice President Operations for Inspiration Coal where he was responsible for bringing mining projects into full production. Mr. Carter also served as a Mining Analyst and Corporate Finance Advisor, at Midland Doherty from 1983-1990.

Since 1990, Mr. Carter has been involved in independent research, due diligence reports, NI 43-101 reports and valuations, as well as general corporate advice and assistance to the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Carter was the author of Lithium One's NI43-101 report for their Cyr lithium project that borders on Rock Tech's Kapiwak lithium project in the James Bay area of Quebec.
