Company Statement:
Bullion Monarch Mining (BULM) is a resource royalty company with core assets in the heart of the world famous Northeastern Nevada Carlin trend, the most prolific gold producing area in the Americas. Bullion Monarch's royalty portfolio provides investors with a unique opportunity to capture value in the precious metals sector without incurring many of the costs and risks associated with mine operations. Bullion Monarch invests royalty cash flows into developing assets in the mining and energy industries. As these projects reach production, royalty revenue streams increase which grows the company.
Bullion Monarch is currently benefitting financially, through royalty interests, from its pioneering activity in the early days in the Carlin Trend. Bullion Monarch, through its company roots in MM&S Exploration, was a pioneer in the Carlin Gold Trend. Executives in our company, including our current President/CEO R. Don Morris, were foremost to recognize the existence, and production potential, of microscopic gold deposits in the Carlin trend. These deposits were invisible to the naked eye of that period's geologists but have since proven to be easily and profitably extracted. This realization was vital to spurring the production of over 75 million ounces of ore from the area beginning in the 1950’s. Today, millions of ounces of gold continue to be processed from the Carlin Trend by some of the largest gold mining companies in the world.
Executives of Bullion Monarch are committed to maximizing shareholder value through responsible growth of company assets. Management decisions on revenue stream re-investment are governed by a long-term growth objective.
Current Operations:
Carlin Trend Royalty Bullion Monarch Mining is collecting a 1% GSR royalty from Newmont operations on a claim block in the world renowned gold producing Carlin Trend of Northeastern Nevada which includes portions of the following mines: This royalty has generated revenue of in excess of $14 million USD for Bullion Monarch Mining over the last 4 fiscal years and continues to grow both in gold production and gold reserves. (BULM.OB) has now completed an exploratory drilling program on the Bom Jesus property in the traditionally mineral rich Para state of Brazil. The Dourave/Bullion Joint Venture LP completed 8 drill holes with a total of 2207.05 meters of diamond drilling on its Bom Jesus Project in northern Brazil and has now received all outstanding geochemical results. The drilling tested coincident geochemical and geophysical anomalies, along with the down dip extension of shallow, high grade, parallel vein systems which returned bonanza grades with channel samples taken from shafts of 0.45m @ 83.45 g/t Au, 0.55m @ 34.49g/t Au, 0.80m @ 19.83 g/t Au, 0.30m @ 139.69 g/t Au, 1.55m @ 32.08 g/t Au & 0.60m @ 315.04 g/t Au. All holes intersected pervasive hydrothermal alteration with associated disseminated sulphides indicating the presence of a large hydrothermally altered gold and polymetallic system. Previous drilling of similar targets on this property intersected grades of 11.44m @ 1.4g/t Au & 0.42% Zn associated with between 7-10% disseminated sulphides. High grade veins nearer the surface returned grades of 0.50m @19.20g/t Au and 1.21m @ 5.58 g/t Au. Read more... La Reyna Mexico Property Bullion Monarch Mining (OTCBB: BULM) announces the acquisition of the La Reyna project in the mineral rich Sierra Madre gold belt of Northern Mexico in the state of Chihuahua. This belt hosts multi-million ounce gold +/- silver deposits such as Ocampo, Dolores, Mulatos, and El Sauzal as well as the world class Tayoltita silver deposit. The property is located approximately 10 km north of El Sauzal mine. The El Sauzal mine is owned and operated by NYSE listed gold producing major -- Goldcorp Inc. The mine has produced over 1,400,000 ounces of gold with very low operating cost making it a very profitable operation. Bullion Monarch Mining management, who were instrumental in the discovery of the Carlin Trend in Northern Nevada, believe that the surface geology, proximity to known deposits, and regionally low cost of production combine to make the La Reyna property a promising project. Preliminary geochemistry indicates a large anomalous polymetalic altered zone with visible surface mineralization. Bullion Monarch management plans to begin phase 1 exploration including expanded geochemical and geophysical studies to define drill targets immediately. Bullion Monarch signed an agreement to purchase 100% of the La Reyna property through a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary subject to a 2% net profit royalty on the project. The agreement also gives Bullion Monarch an option to purchase a second property, referred to as the San Antonio mine, until May 2012. "We are excited to have secured this key opportunity in what may become an important large-scale mining district," stated Don Morris, CEO and President. "We are well funded and look forward to initiating exploration on this property in this very prospective gold-silver district." North Pipeline Mine The North Pipeline property is in a geographic line with several large gold deposits in the Cortez trend including American Barrick’s Pipeline property which recently reported a proven reserve of over 10 million ounces, Corral Gold’s Robertson property with an inferred reserve of over 3 million ounces, and American Barrick’s Cortez Hills property with a proven reserve of over 10 million ounces. The underground portion of this property has yet to be explored. This claim group is located between American Barrick's Pipeline ore-body and Klondex Gold's Fire Creek property. These ore bodies have been major producers of gold. Read more... Maggie Creek Property Bullion Monarch acquired the interest in an agreement with Newmont Mining dated April, 1990. Bullion Management believes this property has significant potential to produce royalty revenues in the future. This property is located in Eureka County, Nevada, approximately 7 miles north of Carlin, Nevada. The property lies just south of Newmont Mining’s largest open pit operation, the Gold Quarry Deposit. The Maggie Creek property is in a direct line from Newmont’s Tusc Pit to the Mac Open Pit to the Gold Quarry Mine. The Gold Quarry Mine is located less than one half mile from the northern border of the two square miles of which we hold a 3% GSR interest. Read more...
