Current Operations:
River Valley PGM project
The River Valley property is located in Dana Township and in the southwest corner of Pardo Township, about 20 road km northwest of the village of River Valley and about 65 km northeast of the City of Sudbury in a Mining District with a 100 year history of production. The area has excellent road accessibility and a well-established mining infrastructure.
The property covers most of the northern portion (northern contact and main body) of the River Valley mafic intrusion and represents the largest single land-holding and exploration budget for all of PFN's properties.
The work on the River Valley property for the past 4 years has concentrated on locating and defining PGM mineralization along the northern brecciated contact of the intrusion. This potential contact zone now extends for some 15 kilometers. (Read More)
Raglan Hills Nickel Project
On June 26, 2008, Pacific North West Capital Corp. (PFN) and First Nickel Inc. ("First Nickel" or the "Company") were pleased to report the results of the recently completed AeroTem III and AeroTem IV geophysical survey by Aeroquest Limited ("Aeroquest") on the Raglan Hills Joint Venture Project. The Raglan Hills Project is situated northeast of Bancroft in the Province of Ontario and comprises 21 claim blocks totalling 2,752 hectares.
The Raglan Hill Project is located over the northeastern portion of the Raglan Hills Intrusive Complex. The Complex is a differentiated mafic intrusive composed primarily of meta-gabbro with lesser proportions of meta-pyroxenite. Three historical, nickel and copper sulphide occurrences and one nickel and copper prospect are identified in Ontario's Mineral Deposit Inventory (see Figure 1) and may represent the feeder system to the Raglan Hills Intrusive Complex. Minimal exploration has occurred since the late 1980's and the property has potential to host economic nickel-copper sulphide zones within these possible feeder systems. (Read More)
Rock and Roll
The Rock & Roll property is located in the Liard Mining District approximately 9 km west of the Bronson airstrip and exploration camp in northern British Columbia.
The property is accessible by aircraft, and is located 37 km from the Eskay Creek Mine Road.
The property consists of 11 mining claims totalling 4244 ha. The claims are owned by a consortium composed of Misty Creek Ventures Ltd, First Fiscal Enterprises Ltd. and Pamicon Developments Ltd (the "Vendors").
Terms of the Option Agreement: PFN can earn a 100% interest in the Property over a four year period by completing $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures, paying the Vendors $130,000 and providing the Vendors with a total of 600,000 PFN shares. The Vendors will retain a 2% NSR, of which 1% can be purchased for $3,000,000. The Property is also subject to an underlying NSR of 2%, and an underlying NPI of 15%, both of which are payable to Prime Equities International Corporation, and both of which are purchasable in their entirety for $1,500,000 each. Destiny Gold
The Destiny Gold Project is located approximately 75 km north of Val d'Or in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region of Québec.
The property is road accessible, and excellent mining infrastructure and support facilities are available in nearby Val d'Or.
The property consists of 175 mining claims totalling 7260 ha. The claims are held 100% by Alto Ventures Ltd. Certain claims comprising the property are subject to underlying net smelter return royalties ranging from 1% to 3.5%, with varying buy-back provisions. Terms of the Option Agreement: PFN can earn a 60% interest in the Destiny Gold Property over a four year period by completing $3,500,000 in exploration expenditures, paying Alto Ventures Ltd $200,000, and providing Alto with 250,000 common shares of PFN. Subsequent to vesting of its interest, PFN will form a joint venture with Alto to further develop the project. (Read More)

Harry Barr - President, CEO and Director
Mr. Barr has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the founder of CanAlaska Uranium, Freegold Ventures Limited, El Nino Ventures Inc., Fire River Gold Corp. and Next Gen Metals Inc. In 2004, Mr. Barr set a corporate mandate to hire CEO's and Presidents to manage the above companies. After working for two years with the Presidents of CanAlaska Uranium, Freegold Ventures, and El Nino Ventures. Mr. Barr resigned from the Companies and their respective Board of Directors. He is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of Next Gen Metals Inc. and is the President, CEO and Director of Fire River Gold Corp. On September 25, 2009, Mr. Barr was appointed Chairman and acting CEO of El Nino Ventures Inc.
Richard Goodwin, P. Eng. - Vice President, Engineering
Richard Goodwin, brings over 25 years experience in underground mine operations, engineering consulting and corporate management to our group. Early in his career, Mr. Goodwin held a variety of mining and geotechnical engineering positions for ten years at the Myra Falls Operations of Westmin Resources Ltd. In1995 he became a consulting mining engineer, first with MRDI Canada as a Principal Engineer and later with Snowden MIC, where he managed Snowden's steady growth in Canada. Mr. Goodwin then went on to manage the development, test mining and completion of feasibility studies as Vice President, Mining, for Yukon Zinc Corporation's Wolverine zinc-silver project. Prior to joining the Company on a consulting basis earlier this year, Mr. Goodwin oversaw a $300 M project for the construction of a 2000 tonne-per-day polymetallic mine as Chief Operating Officer & VP, Mining for Redcorp Resources Ltd.
Anthony Kovacs - Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Kovacs has over 15 years experience in mineral exploration and development. Most recently Mr. Kovacs was Managing Director of the Vanadis Group of companies; private subsidiaries of Adriana Resources Inc. Anthony held the title of Exploration Manager at Adriana Resources. In this role, Mr Kovacs focused his efforts on evaluating and acquiring advanced stage iron-ore and ferro-alloy projects in Europe, North America, Brazil and Africa. His work included community and government relations for Adriana's advanced projects in Quebec and Finland. Prior to Adriana, Mr. Kovacs was Project Geophysicist for Anglo American (Canada) where he specialized in Nickel, Copper and Platinum Group Element deposits in numerous exploration projects around the world. Mr Kovacs' earlier work involved applying geophysical technologies and 3-dimensional visualizations to ore deposit models for exploration target development while working for numerous junior companies on a variety of target types.
Ali Hassanallizadeh - Senior Geologist - Project Manager
Ali Hassanallizadeh, M.Sc, MBA has been hired as Senior Geologist/Project Manager. Mr. Hassanalizadeh is a senior geologist with more than 16 years experience in all aspects of mineral exploration and project management. He graduated in geology in 1991 and completed his M.Sc. in Petrology in 1995. He recently completed an MBA at Queen's University, building on his experiences as a Project Geologist at CanAlaska Uranium. Prior to this Ali, spent over 12 years with KCE, a diversified exploration and mining services organization in Iran.
Robert Guanzon - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guanzon has been in the field of accounting for more than 20 years. He has been involved in the financial reporting of pharmaceutical manufacturing, business, research and development, real estate/property management and project building construction. Mr. Guanzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He brings extensive experience in dealing with financial matters and corporate strategy
John Royall - Consultant, B.Sc. (Hons) P.Eng.
Mr. Royall, received a B.Sc. Honors, P.Eng., Leicester University, England in 1960 and a Diploma, University College, London University, England in 1961. He has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration in Canada, USA, Ireland, Chile, and Mexico including positions as Manager of Canadian Exploration for Union Carbide Exploration Corporation, and Director of Exploration, Precious Metal Union Carbide Exploration Corporation from 1977-1983 and General Manager Exploration and Development, Westfield Minerals Limited from 1983-1990. He is primarily concerned with the acquisition of new platinum group metal properties, negotiating acquisition terms, in addition to liaising with the company's technical consultants.
Linda Holmes - Corporate Secretary
Ms. Holmes has been a Canadian/U.S. Regulatory Compliance Consultant to public companies since 1994. Additionally, Ms. Holmes has served as a Director of Public Relations and Compliance Manager for over 15 years for a group of publicly traded mineral exploration companies trading on the TSX and Nasdaq. Since August 2003 Ms. Holmes has been a Corporate Secretary and Director with companies engaged in the development of gold, uranium, and base metal projects internationally and has an extensive background with corporate governance in our industry.
Christopher Davies - Consultant, B.Sc., M.Sc., D.I.C.
Mr. Davies has extensive global experience in gold and Platinum Group Metal (PGM) operations, exploration and mine development, with particular emphasis on southern Africa. Mr. Davies spent nearly 20 years with Lonmin plc, serving as Technical Director in South Africa from 1991 to 1998, Group Technical Director in the London office from 1998 to 2004, and Vice President: Exploration and Business Development until the end of 2008. He was closely involved with the expansion of Lonmin's PGM production and rationalisation of its gold mines in Zimbabwe, as well as a number of evaluations of potential gold and PGM acquisition targets. Mr. Davies has negotiated, executed and managed exploration and development agreements with both the junior and major mining sectors, and with governments, in a number of countries. He has also served on the boards of public companies in South Africa and Australia.
