Fabio Pannuti - Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Fabio Pannuti has extensive experience building companies across a number of industries including HR and labour hire, telephony, property development, mineral resources, agriculture and construction. He has had direct experience in many mergers and acquisitions including building, at the time, the largest advertising and outdoor media agency in Eastern Europe. Many of the assets have been listed on public markets on North American, European and Australian exchanges.


Mr Rod Tomlinson - Non Executive Chairman

Rod Tomlinson is a qualified industrial chemist who was Chief Chemist of Smith + Nephew Australia and post this was head of research for Ensign Laboratories. He then started his own business, Soltec Group that he sold in 1996 to FH Faulding & Co Limited for more than $20million. Rod continued to advise Faulding on drug delivery systems prior to retiring in 1998.


Peter Abrahamson - Non Executive Director

Peter Abrahamson has held the positions of Vice President – Asia Pacific of AMO Asia Ltd (Hong Kong based), Managing Director – East Asia, of Allergan Asia Limited (Hong Kong based), Managing Director of Allergan Australia Pty Ltd, Marketing Director of Allergan Australia Pty Ltd, Director of Business Development, Director of Sales and Marketing for Faulding Pharmaceuticals and Marketing Manager - Prescription Products for Wellcome Australia Limited.

Peter has extensive senior management experience in the pharmaceuticals industry in the Asia Pacific region, and in recent years he has also conducted a successful consultancy advising companies on strategic and operational issues. Peter is a member of the Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).


Dr Ross Macdonald - Medical Advisor

Dr. Macdonald is a PhD biochemist that has a long and successful career in the pharmaceuticals industry. Most recently he was CEO of Living Cell Technologies Ltd. Previously he held the role of Vice President of Business Development for Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a UK-based specialty pharmaceuticals company.

Prior to that he was Vice President, Corporate Development for Stiefel Laboratories Inc, the largest independent dermatology company in the world and acquired by GlaxoSmithKline in 2009 for £2.25b. He joined Stiefel following that company’s acquisition of Palo Alto-based Connetics Corporation for US$650m in 2006.

At that time Dr Macdonald was Connetics’ Vice-President, Business Development a position he had held for over 5 years. Before joining Connetics he was Vice President of Research & Development with FH Faulding & Co Limited (acquired in 2001 by Mayne Nicholas) and a former Managing Director of Soltec Research Pty Ltd.
