London, UK, 25 May 2012:  Sierra Rutile Limited (the "Company") has received notice that, on 24 May 2012, Dr. Charles Entrekin, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 48,841 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64.5 pence per share.

 

Following this share purchase, Dr. Charles Entrekin's beneficial interest in the Company is 58,841 Ordinary Shares.
