Exercise of Options

Entertainment One Ltd. announces that directors Darren Throop and Patrice Theroux have each exercised options over 1,453,744 common shares in the Company at an exercise price of C$0.01.

These options were originally issued in March 2007.  If these options had not been exercised they would have lapsed on 29th March 2012 and would have been lost.

Following issuance of the common shares related to the exercise of the options, Darren Throop will own 6,240,562 common shares in the Company and Patrice Theroux will own 1,884,201 common shares in the Company, representing 3.2% and 1.0% respectively of the issued common share capital of the Company.

Application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 2,907,488 common shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence at 8.00am on 5 April 2012.

Following admission, the Company's increased share capital will comprise 194,887,354 common shares with voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 194,887,354.

The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
