Nighthawk Energy plc (the "Company") advises that the following announcement replaces the "Holdings in Company" announcement released at 1.08 p.m. on 23 January 2012 under RNS Number 0097W.  The previous announcement incorrectly stated the name of the person subject to the notification obligation and the controller of the voting rights.
