Director Declaration
The board of directors of Landore announce that
the Company yesterday received notification from its chief executive officer and finance director, Mr. Richard Prickett, that The Romanian Property Fund Limited was put into compulsory liquidation on 1 November 2011 as a result of a failed refinancing
plan. Mr. Prickett subsequently tendered his resignation as a non-executive chairman and director of The Romanian Property Fund Limited with effect from 1 November 2011.
The above notification was made in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
