Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (HPS) designs and manufactures custom electrical engineered magnetics and standard electrical dry type transformers for the electrical and electronic industries. The Company has manufacturing plants in Canada, the United States and Mexico. On January 7, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its 45% interest in the operations in Moloney Electric Inc. to Universal Power Transformer Private Limited. In February 4, 2008, it acquired Delta Group XFO Inc. and Delta Transformer of Canada (1999) Ltd.
