Faircourt Gold Income Corp. (the Fund) is created to provide investors with exposure to the global companies primarily involved in gold exploration, mining or production on the S&P TSX Global Gold Index, while also providing monthly distributions. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide the shareholders with monthly distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Investment Advisor to the Fund is Faircourt Asset Management Inc. (Faircourt). The Option Adviser to the Fund is Connor, Clark & Lunn Capital Markets Inc. As at December 31, 2008, the Fund maintained a portfolio of 19 companies primarily involved in gold exploration, mining or production.
