National Leisure & Gaming Limited (NLG) is an Australia-based company engaged in the acquisition and operation of leisure and gaming venues. As of June 30, 2008, NLG operated 39 hotels. On July 13, 2007, it acquired the Iris portfolio of nine hotels in the western suburbs of Sydney. On July 9, 2007, the Company acquired Moonee Beach Tavern. On July 31, 2007, it acquired Tacking Point Tavern at Port Macquarie. On July 14, 2008, NLG divested Finnians Irish Tavern at Port Macquarie.
