Hudson Resources (CVE:HUD)(OTCQX:HUDRF) said Thursday that it plans to raise $20.0 million through a public offering of its shares.

The offering will be priced in context of the market, the company said, but final terms will be determined at a later date.

Proceeds from the placement will be used to fund the exploration and development of the company's Sarfartoq rare earth elements project in Western Greenland.

Dahlman Rose & Company and GMP Securities are acting as joint book runners for the offering, while Stonecap Securities is acting as co-manager.

The equity financing remains subject to stock exchange and regulatory approvals.
