Anglo American to sell entire 49.5 pct stake in agri-processing business Tongaat Hulett

Anglo American PLC (LSE: AAL) announced it plans to sell its 49.5 percent holding in Southern Africa focused agri-processing business Tongaat Hulett Ltd to institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuild and an exchangeable bond issue.

Anglo is offering its entire holding of 51.2 million Tongaat shares. It did not provide pricing details.
