Enegi Oil CEO Thom Board resigns for personal reasons

Enegi Oil PLC (AIM: ENEG) said chief executive Thom Board has resigned from the position with immediate effect for personal reasons.

In the interim, Alan Minty, the chairman and former CEO, will take over Board's duties in addition to his own until a suitable replacement is found.
