Toledo Mining names Adrian Harvey CFO

Toledo Mining (LON:TMC) has appointed Adrian Harvey as chief financial officer.
Harvey, aged 51, is a certified accountant and has more than 20 years experience in financial management of international mining, energy and engineering companies.
He has held senior roles including group financial controller and company secretary of Max Petroleum (LON:MXP) and company secretary of RusPetro plc.
Based in London, he will spend periods in the Philippines working with the local management and joint venture partners.
Chief executive Victor Kolesnikov said: "I am delighted that Adrian is joining Toledo as CFO. This most recent appointment represents our ability to attract leading professionals with industry experience highly relevant to the future development of Toledo.
Toledo’s main asset is the Berong Nickel Corp, which controls the Berong mine in the Philippines, and in which the company holds a majority economic interest.
It holds 56.1 percent in BNC, Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corp has 25.2 percent and ENK (LON:ENK, ASX:ENK) holds 18.7 percent.
