Black Range Minerals (ASX: BLR) has recorded a 31.25% increase in its shares yesterday to $0.021 with 79.4 million shares trading hands.
This follows on a 23% increase to $0.016 with 29.8 million shares traded on Monday.
Black Range had in January reported uranium recoveries in excess of 99% from samples of mineralisation from its Hansen Deposit in Colorado.
This was due to the use of a modified Ablation processing circuit, giving the company the confidence the purely physical process would be able to produce a high value concentrate from the 90.9 million pound Hansen/Taylor Ranch Uranium Project.
A semi-commercial scale unit capable of processing 5 tonnes per hour is scheduled for completion in April and deployed for field operations in May.
This will enable advanced on-site testing prior to full-scale operations.
